Mr. M and I went to the mountains recently to look for some snow to put on our lawn. We hiked deep into the woods; what we saw there more than shocked us. One of the pinetrees was beautifully decorated for Christmas. There was tinsel and shiny red and silver ornaments. One ornament said, "Baby's First Christmas." It was inscribed, "Little Bigfoot, Jr., 1999." Remembering how we don't like strangers coming into our home and admiring our Christmas tree, we quickly continued on our way. You may wonder, as we did, how Bigfoot went into the store unnoticed. He must have a very authentic human costume, and being so close to Hollywood, it is entirely within the realm of possibility that he hired some special effects experts in order to carry on a normal existence and avoid paparazzi attention. It seems like everyone is getting in the spirit this year!
