Friendship Stories #17, Ministry Partners

Driving on the L.A. freeways is definitely not at the top of the list of things I enjoy. When I'm going to a prayer meeting with others on staff with the church's college ministry, though, it is always worth it. In these meetings, we get to know each others' hearts and share the joys and heartaches of our unique college ministry. We pray for each other and share ideas on how to maximize our ministry. We practice ministering to each other, too, sharing our homes and our time, and meeting whatever needs present themselves. Because of the time we spend together, investing in each others' lives, we are able to model for the kids unity in Christ. I am so thankful for this wonderful group of ministry partners, who are also brothers and sisters in Christ, and are also friends.
