A Question for Every Day

A friend once told me that she asked herself throughout the day if she was, at that moment, walking by the flesh or by the Spirit. We are never neutral. Romans 7 and Galatians 5 are very clear that we have only two choices: to walk by the flesh, or to walk by the Spirit. Our choice will be evident not only by the sum total of our lives, but by every decision we make, every day, every reaction we have. Are you walking in the flesh right now, or in the Spirit?
