#2 in my Series on Aging.

I've previously written about one benefit that comes with aging. (I've forgotten what it was.) Anyhow, I thought of a 2nd reason today. Hiking with wilting and sleepy college students who had been running around before the hike, I realized that with age comes the realization that there is a limit to what you can do. Specifically, if you want to be fully awake for a somewhat challenging hike, you shouldn't be running and playing around outside right before the hike. Also, if you know there is going to be a sermon in the evening after the hike, and you want to be alert for the sermon, it is a good idea to take a nap after the hike, and rest some before the sermon.
