Sunday Morning Glories, Back Yard Beauties.

The book I am currently reading speaks of the beauty of older women in the church being honest and vulnerable with younger women.  So I can honestly say that I woke up feeling pretty crummy because I have a sore on the inside of my lip, and because it is excessively hot here . . . and then I looked out the window and saw this.  Despite the sore on the inside of my lip, and despite the excessive heat, I know that this is the day the Lord has made (and set aside for His glory), and I will rejoice and be glad in it.
