Marriage

I found this gem at my church's bookstore.  I bought it because it is so encouraging and delightful for me to see how much Katharina Luther supported her husband in his domestic dealings, political affairs and theological debates and reforms.  It's neat to think that wives of today do the same thing.  I like to be reminded of my connection to other wives, even wives of famous and infamous reformers from half a century ago and from halfway across the globe.  I truly enjoy a "mysterious, sweet communion" with this Godly woman from so long ago and so far away.
