Why be ignored by just your friends when you can be ignored by internet users everywhere?

I was inspired to write on my blog after watching Season 4, Episode 8 of Corner Gas (available free on prime video.)

As I was repurposing a gift bag, reusing it for someone else's gift, re-gifting the gift bag, it occurred to me to wonder how many people have previously been given gifts in that gift bag. It seems to me that the world has an overflowing supply of gift bags. One person pays $5 for the bag which will hold a $4 gift, and the person receiving the bag reuses it, ad infinitum. It would be interesting to follow a gift bag and see how many gifts it is used for, and used as a lunch bag, and used as a closet organizer, and whatever other uses life has for it, before it is finally declared unfit and thrown away. It would be like following the journey of a lone penny. Makes you think . . .
