God's Providence.

This photo is from a trip to Seattle in 2007. I loved these creepy looking trees then, and I love them now. I've told this story before, but I'll tell it again, because, well, I like it. I went to Seattle in 2007 and stayed with my friend, Connie. Fast forward 12 years, and I stayed overnight at Connie's house again-this time with our son. To me, that is amazing display of God's providence. I had no thought of adopting in 2007, but God knew, not only that I would be adopting, but that the baby would be born in Seattle, and we would need friends there to stay with. (And, they have cool trees that look creepy and ghostly.)
