Wobegonian Wednesday
I am greatly enjoying Life Among the Lutherans by Garrison Keillor. It is a collection of short essays about the residents of Lake Wobegon in rural Minnesota. It seems like a lovely town, a great place to visit. The people who live there are quiet and hard-working. Like all people everywhere, they all have their quirks and eccentricities, making this a fun and light read . . . perfect for summer. It reminds me of Jan Karon's Mitford series.

Love Wobegon, but haven't read the one you mentioned. ADORE Jan Karon's Mitford books.
It's like taking a vacation.
