Super Celebration Saturday

Mr.M and I went to the wedding. He was dashing and dapper, and I wore my best outfit with matching vintage jewelry. The wedding was beautiful, and it was a reunion of the college kids who have graduated and moved on. Weddings are always a joyous time of bringing friends together. After the wedding, we went with a group of students and former students to a popular cafe in the valley. It was the birthday of a former student, so after she sat down with her coffee, we (a group of about 25) surprised her with a cake and a loud birthday song that the entire cafe joined in on, and the world renown fight song of our Southern California campus. From there, we all headed to the wedding reception, easily the most lavish I have been to, and we ate and took pictures and ended the night with some jubilant dancing . . . not a good idea for a woman in her 30s when the other dancers are in their 20s; but, there was much to celebrate. We really love working with the students, and thank God for the blessed opportunity.
