A Sweet Reminder of a Friend.

This onion is special.  I offered it many times to Persnicketta, and now it just sits in our lonely fridge waiting for her return from Antartica, where she is working with an international scientific team to determine the exact components of the Antarctic ice.  The main goal of the team is to see if the ice can somehow be replicated in California to give us some needed relief from the drought.
